Welcome to Bibs and Bots. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bibs and Bots. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Bibs and Bots sells products intended for use by babies and young children. The safety and wellbeing of children is extremely important, and customers must follow all safety instructions provided with each product.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:

Compliance & Certifications

  • Products sold may carry UKCA and/or CE markings where required under UK product safety regulations.
  • Safety markings and regulatory compliance are provided by the manufacturer.
  • Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with manufacturer guidance.

Adult Supervision

  • All baby products must be used under appropriate adult supervision at all times.
  • No product sold by Bibs and Bots is intended to replace safe parenting practices or supervision.

Age & Use Guidance

  • Always follow recommended age ranges and usage instructions.
  • Products must only be used for their intended purpose.

Feeding Products & Hygiene

Due to the nature of baby feeding products:

  • Bottles, teats and feeding accessories must be sterilised before first use and regularly thereafter.
  • Products must be cleaned according to manufacturer washing instructions.
  • Customers must inspect feeding items for signs of wear, cracks or damage before each use.

Choking Hazards & Wear

  • Small parts may present a choking hazard.
  • Customers must regularly check for loose components, tears or deterioration.
  • Damaged products must be discarded immediately.

Product Recalls

If a manufacturer issues a safety recall, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers where possible. Customers should also register products with manufacturers where applicable.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Orders are only accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders
  • limit quantities
  • correct errors in pricing or product details

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Products are for personal use only and not for resale without permission.

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Bibs and Bots.

Shopify is not responsible for:

  • order fulfilment
  • customer service issues

You agree to release Shopify from claims relating to purchases from our store.
