Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used baby feeding products unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We may ask for photos so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby feeding products cannot be returned unless faulty.

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


UK & EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
