Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays).

During launches, promotions or busy periods, processing times may be longer.

UK Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
• Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• order size
• weight
• delivery service selected

Delivery Delays

• extreme weather
• postal strikes
• incorrect addresses

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided:

• we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch
